This job requires someone who is very detail oriented, friendly, outgoing, driven and self-motivated. Experience is preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
- Working knowledge and proficient use of business-related software
- Provide excellent customer service by displaying sincerity, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Administrative tasks as directed
- Knowledge of title work
- Must be bondable pursuant to becoming a notary public
- Assist salespeople and finance department as needed
Essential Job Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Professional appearance and demeanor are necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills using proper grammar and spelling via phone and email with customers and employees
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a team
- Safeguarding customer information
- Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel and Word)
- Proficient typing skills required
- Proficiency in the use of business math
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload with minimal supervision
