Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be a calm, confident guide who makes the car-buying process feel simple
  • Help customers choose the right new or pre-owned vehicle by listening first
  • Demonstrate features and technology in a natural, customer-friendly way
  • Build trust through clear communication in person, by phone, and email
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they feel supported and taken care of
  • Work with finance, service, and parts for a seamless customer experience
  • Use training and tools to stay confident with inventory and product knowledge
  • Be part of a team that supports one another

Qualifications & Skills:

  • People-first mindset with the ability to make customers feel comfortable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivation to learn a new career with real earning potential
  • A steady, professional attitude with no pushy sales tactics
  • Willingness to take feedback and grow
  • Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
  • Basic comfort with computers, email, and customer records

Compensation:

This role includes a $4,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities. Most Product Specialists earn between $48,000 and $85,000+ per year based on performance, with potential to exceed that as you grow.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
  • Authorized to work in the United States
