Pinegar Honda is a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing top-tier service and delivering an exceptional car-buying experience. We’re currently seeking a motivated and professional BDC Agent to join our Business Development Center team and help us grow our customer base.
As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers engaging with our dealership. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, responding to internet leads, and assisting in follow-up communication to drive sales and service traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Internet inquiries and follow up promptly with potential customers
- Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Qualifications:
- Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
